Saturday nights mini outing: Dada’s.
It was a lot of fun! Great weather (minus the downpour when we were about to leave). Awesome music. Amazing friends. &Some (not so great) photos (fail)!
New Coke (Steve’s band) was playing. I missed their first show (a block from my house) because of my lasik surgery, so I was pretty happy to finally be able to see them play. Well, sort of see them play… it was a full house and I am incredibly short and incredibly claustrophobic in crowds. I ended up watching their performance outside– through a window. Whatever works. It was a really nice relief to get out of the house for a few hours after my awful Saturday (thank you Heidi). My only complaint: my photos! I am by no means a photographer and I have zero photo editing programs… so all my photos are incredibly dark. These are the few photos that came out (not even 1/4 of what was taken) and there is only two (not so great) photos of the band. Anyway,

I wish I took more (&better) photos and captured more of my friends faces that were there. It really was a lot of fun. &If you count half inch kitten heels as a heel then: I wore heels! wow!

@Em: I can use piknic (sp?) through flickr, but all those internet programs downsize the picture and ruin the quality 🙁
@jennifer: funny, but at the place I saw a girl who looked like you! But I know you live no where near here.
@Holly: I was going to say "pics or it didn't happen", but I didnt post pics so maybe I was lying about the whole thing. I hope your heels weren't as pathetic as my 1/2 inch heels.
@lilmuselily: exactly. I always prefer darker photos to flash.
@1startingpoint &diana smith: It was really fun! 🙂 🙂
Looks like a lot of fun! Love nights like these!
looks super fun
it looks like a lot of fun. i hate flash so you have my vote on dark(er) photos. i always enoy your view on things.
I wore heels last night, too! Look out, peeps. Mamas in heels ready for anight out! 😉
Yay for a momma night out!
though I think the pics look fine, in the future you could download picasa from google for free. decent editing program, nothing fancy, easy to use, but limited capabilities.
