curry chickpea and golden beet salad. garnished with olive oil, ginger salt, homemade quick pickled radish, and basil.
start with a basic chickpea salad
add one golden beet, diced or grated
to dressing, add:
curry powder
cumin
and coriander
(no need for the kelp granules)

Hello Drea, I meant to ask you on your post about the "bacon" you had. Does it taste like bacon?? And what's the consistency of it?
I loooove bacon but get so nauseous knowing I'm eating a pig.
