am I the only one who cooks and preps meals at midnight? no sleep til food coma. steamed baby artichokes, later marinated in lemon, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper… to be grilled the next day.

oh you know, lots of stuff I usually try to stay away from 😉
Beet Sugar, corn maltodextrin, soymilk powder, natural vanilla extract, soy protein, guar gum, xanthan gum, salt.
and plus also, if you're looking for delicious vegan ice cream, my personal favorite is coconut milk ice cream. You can buy it at most (if not all) larger grocery stores.
Where can I get the same vegan ice cream?! 🙂
Well, full disclosure, it's not the most delicious thing ever. I say go to whole foods or publix and buy a tub of coconut milk ice cream 🙂
