A fun twist on the chickpea patties! Roll them up into little bite sized nuggets and fry (high heat coconut oil or canola would work best). Crunchy, salty, delicious. Great for popping in your mouth, over a bed of vegetable couscous, or as a salad topper… great for tiny toddler hands too 😉 A “healthier” option than some other fried foods we could indulge in. (ahem, truffle fries everyday).
