There hasn’t been many outing this week…. or none at all. Alex has been on vacation, and this mama hasn’t even had a thirty minute break in over a week. All I want is one day with thirty minutes of extra sleep. I’m counting down the days, and trying to make the best of this trapped-inside-summer-heat. We’re doing okay. We’re watching an extra episode of sesame street here and there to catch a break. Less than one week until a new summer adventure begins.

Hi there- I recently found your site and then spent, oooooohhhhhhhhh like two days straight on it. I can't get enough and although I haven't commented on the many many many posts that I've read (some are so personal, so raw, so real that my fingers wouldn't even know what to type much less my brain come up with real words), but I did want to say hello. And that I love your site, your raw emotions, your real outlook, and your absolutely adorable little M. I saw that you're on your way to Hawaii — best of luck on the next adventure! I'm originally from MA (Well, actually I'm from Russian but I went to High School and college in MA) and I love it there. But that's off track – have a great trip and I can't wait to keep up with your posts going forward.

I really enjoy seeing all of your intimate photos with Marlowe. She is precious. My favorite picture is of the book Red Riding Hood. That is a classic!
