olive oil, garlic, avocado, thin sliced zucchini sautéed in olive oil with basil and balsamic, micro greens, salt and pepper.
Yesterday was an unexpected blast! I went to work, the gym, showered, and picked up my friend, Philip from the airport. He changed into more patriotic attire, we went to happy hour, met up with more people, ate tacos, drank tequila, and watched the fireworks downtown West Palm Beach. We ended our evening, night swimming at his friend, Kristians house. What a perfect way to spend a holiday on an unplanned day. Next year though, I’m going to be sure to have Marlowe. I can’t wait to take that little girl to some fireworks! Hope you all had a wonderful and safe day!
