I could eat this every.single.day. sometimes I think let me make something else, something new, something exciting, but then my heart goes right back to this plate. cream cheese, cucumber, radish, green onion, arugula, salt and pepper. the arugula can stay or go, but it is a really nice touch. Everything else, combined together? it’s heaven. just right amount of crunch and freshness. my forever number one things on toast. Also, can I just give out a huge THANK YOU for all the love. Thank you friends and new visitors from ABM, I hope you like it here. You all give me an extra reason to smile πŸ™‚

  2. ABM sent me here today. I love their blog and it's the only one I will read as I find most blogs don't inspire me, or aren't to my taste. I'm so glad I clicked on the link to come here though, I absolutely love it and have spent the last hour and a half reading through pages and pages of your blog posts.(whoops)But i'm already hooked. So pleased that I now have 2 favorite blogs to read through regularly! Thank you so much for having such a beautiful blog. Your home is incredibly beautiful too.(Thank you to Elsie and Emma from ABM also!)

  3. Have you tried baked radishes with some balsamic vinaigrette and sea salt?! Delicious!

    • YES! I usually sautΓ© them, with the greens! I have two versions of it on my page! So good! πŸ™‚

    • Tofutti cream cheese! And I will say, it was one of my harder adjustments becoming vegan—– it's not a great substitute at all.. but over time, I've grown to love it. A lot.

  4. Yum! I am always looking for more snack and lunch type foods. Edamame and pretzels with almond butter are getting a little old πŸ™‚ LOVE radishes and don't know many ways to use them. Thank you!

    • I never eat edamame…. or pretzels with peanut butter… but both sound great right now!

  5. I'm a new visitor – it was your pier 1 chair in the living room post that caught my eye on A Beautiful Mess! I'm dying to have a chair like that in my apartment… your's was additional inspiration for sure!

glad to have found your little blog!
