Hey hey! So speaking of chilling out… how cool is this set of photos? I’m so in love with them. I’ve mentioned Devon on this blog quite a few times in the past few years. But I mean, I really like her—- and her blog! Her life seems so different to mine, but so relatable too. I mean, I’ll never, ever, in my wildest dreams be a surfer (I still have a wet suit sitting in my moms house in Massachusetts– I wore it once. And I sat on the beach the whole entire time never making it to the water— because I never got over that whole fear of the ocean thing. HA). And though we both have the beach, California life is much different Florida life. West coast vs. East coast for.ev.er. But I love to peek in on Devons life. I actually showed Alex her kitchen remodel last week. A kitchen remodel is on our one day list too. I need to show him Devon’s yard too… because I’m in love with the idea of a vertical garden…. maybe for along our fence by our soon to be deck.

Also, I’m head over heels in love with all her travel adventures. I hope to travel to as many awesome places as Devon has. I mean, I don’t know if it’ll happen, but it would be awesome. Or more awesome to even travel one day WITH Devon? Yes. One of my favorite set of travel posts is her recent-ish trip to the Seychelles (some of the pictures above come from this trip).  Perfection.

Easy easy. A nice touch of color for this chill out birthday week. I think so anyway 🙂  You can check out Devon’s whole before/after home tour photos HERE. And if you’re interested, there’s a nice round up of her year HERE.  Also, may I recommend her instagram? California surf life awesomeness: @mermaidsightings.

Have a great and colorful day, everyone!
