Happy friday, friends! It’s finally starting to feel like spring! And chances are your lips are fairly chapped after that long, harsh winter. So, here’s a super simple DIY all natural lip balm to save the day. And you can probably find all the ingredients in your kitchen pantry!
What you’ll need :
  • coconut oil
  • raw honey
  • essential lavender oil
  • small, air-tight container
  • spoon
  • mixing straw or toothpick
First, scoop half a teaspoon of coconut oil into a small cup (a shot glass or something similar works well.) Then, add in a quarter teaspoon of raw honey. Now add just a single drop of essential lavender oil. Mix the ingredients until the honey and coconut oil are thoroughly blended and transfer everything to a small air-tight container. I recycled an old lip balm container for mine. The coconut oil and honey work together to soften, moisturize and protect your dry lips. And the lavender/honey scent is wonderfully calming. Use it as often as you’d like and store it in a dark, cool place when you’re not.

Have a wonderful, chapped-free weekend!
