Hey friends! How are you? It’s been a LOOOONG time since I posted “what Marlowe eats” right?! Gosh, I didn’t realize how long it’s been until I started drafting this post today. You’ll notice a mix of photos here– some super dark winter-y Massachusetts photos and some brighter, Florida pictures too 🙂 I’ve collected the photos for while 😉 Anyway, here are the vegan meals Miss Marlowe has been eating here, there, and everywhere!
above: banana ice-cream snacks and a tofu scramble breakfast plate in Boston. She didn’t like the fake breakfast sausage, but liked everything else. I don’t blame her, we’re not fake meat fans.
dosa. she was sad when we didn’t go to india… because we had planned to visit the place where dosas were created and had planned to eat dosas everyday. next time.
veggie fried rice (in cookbook) , fried plantains, and avocado.
The cutest pad Thai eater I’ve ever seen. Marlowe and I LOVE black rice noodles. And I’m so happy she loves them– because they’re def a step up from regular rice noodles 😉
Portuguese bean stew! This was the first time my friend Claudia cooked for us and it was gooooooood! I want her to share the recipe with me (and maybe you guys too?!)
rice, cooked kale ( recipe in cookbook) and brown lentils.
The next day we took the leftover lentils and made a lentil tomato stew sauce thing.
Noodle miso soup lover. Still so fast and easy.
Veggie sushi, chips, and guac. Meal of champions if you ask me.
Oatmeal with blubs and raisins. Smoothie bowls are better.
And finally: one of my favorite pasta dishes lately (shared the recipe last month: creamy baked pasta) and caesar salad. We’ve loved the salad— we put a recipe together for it, but I need to photograph it for you guys 🙂 This week I think!
Alright friends! I’m off to bed! W’ere heading to Epcot in the morning! Which means I’m going to wake up extra early to make us food for the park 😉 Cheers! Hope you had a great weekend!
