Here is a super simple DIY face mask recipe that you will be sure to love! Its filled with the loveliest ingredients, such as dried roses, chamomile, calendula, lavender, oats, and frankincense! Each ingredient I chose to support healthy skin by healing, fighting signs of aging, and smoothing.

The lavender, chamomile, and calendula flowers are amazing for soothing any inflamed skin due to break outs, sunburns, etc. I added roses because they smell amazing and definitely up the luxuriousness.

The oats and clay help calm skin and keep it smooth, and I added the frankincense essential oil for a huge boost in anti-aging. Frankincense is one of those essential oils that fights wrinkles big time!

Clay and Flower Mask Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:
-2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
-2 tablespoons dried calendula flowers
-2 tablespoons dried chamomile flowers
-1 tablespoon dried rose flowers
-¼ cup gluten free oats
-10 drops frankincense essential oil (you can order from me here)
-½ cup bentonite clay

Here’s how to make it:
-Add all of your ingredients except the bentonite clay into your food processor. Process until the flowers and oats are on the finer side, and the frankincense is evenly distributed.
-Add your flower mixture to a ceramic/glass bowl, then add your clay. Make sure no metal touches your clay as it can deactivate it!
-Mix everything until well combined. Add to a jar for storage! That’s it!

How to use your new face mask:
I typically use about 2-3 tablespoons of the face mask with equal parts water. Mix well until a nice paste forms.
Spread all over your face and neck. Let it sit for about 10 minutes or until its somewhat dried.
I  like to remove a good majority of the face mask with a rag or tissue so that it doesn’t clog my drain. Then rinse the rest off with warm water. Moisturize with your favorite face cream. I make my own Anti-Aging Face Serum, and Rose Hips Face & Body Balm that works amazing on my face!

And if you don’t feel like making your own face mask, I have it for sale in my shop! Natural beauty products make for great gifts too 😉
