Happy new year friends!

I hope this is the most fruitful, restorative, and energetically positive year yet for you! I hope you wake up today and realize that the numerical shift in years didn’t change anything, but you can change EVERYTHING. You can’t change the past and you can’t control tomorrow (neither of those spaces physically exists), but you can be here today, growing.

I hope you find the power to wake up each day and find the magic in existence. I hope you find the energy to turn inward and heal, both mentally and physically, if you need it. And if you don’t need healing, I hope you take the time and put in the work to grow. I hope you turn outward, pulling in energy you need in your life to bring more positive energy inward.

I hope you push yourself forward each day despite knowing that life isn’t always linear. I hope you allow yourself to enjoy the highs and learn through your lows. I hope you find home within yourself. And if you have space, I hope you share a feeling of home for those who need it.

Thanks for spending all these years with me. Happy new year, friends <3

Ps. My new years’ resolutions? keep going.

Pps. Some unsolicited advice: If you find yourself feeling more negative and gloomy than not, consider changing your diet (adding more real, living, nature-made fruits and vegetables), getting more unadulterated sunshine, and taking bigger and deeper belly breaths than ever before. It helps more than you’ll currently want to believe. You may not have the power to control all your surroundings, but you can change yourself.
