Watermelon Spritzer
juice of 1 1/2 limes (1.5 ounces)
club soda (3 – 4 ounces club soda)
1.5 ounces smirnoff watermelon vodka
2 ounces fresh watermelon juice
mint
ice
garnish: mint / watermelon wedge
-add ice to glass
-add vodka, lime juice, watermelon juice
-add few leaves of mint and stir
-pour club soda on top and garnish
Strawberry Thai Limeade
3 strawberries
half of lime, chopped in half
thai basil leaves
1 teaspoon sugar
ice
juice of two limes (2 ounces)
1.5 ounce smirnoff strawberry vodka
club soda (3 to 4 ounces)
garnish: thai basil
supplies: tall glass, muddler ice
-combine strawberries, lime quarters, basil leaves, and sugar in tall, heavy bottom glass
-muddle, muddle, muddle
-add a handful of ice
-add lime juice and vodka
-top with club soda
-garnish.
Summer Raspberry Iced Tea
fresh raspberries
juice of two lemons (2 ounces)
1.5 ounce of smirnoff raspberry vodka
3 ounces sweet tea
garnish: tick of lemon grass, rosemary, raspeberries
ice
supplies: shaker & mason jar
-in one shaker, combine a handful of ice, few raspberries, lemon juice, vodka.
-shake shake shake.
-strain over glass with fresh ice.
-pour sweet tea into glass
-garnish
*bathing suit top / bathing suit bottoms / necklace
