This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Spring & Vine. All opinions are 100% mine. (And this bar REALLY works!!)

Hi friends! I have amazing news! I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to lower the waste and certain chemicals in life. Especially in regards to not necessary, but thoroughly enjoyed beauty products. The hair front has been hard! I feel like I figured out the conditioner thing pretty easily (vinegar is amazing to condition with). But I’ve legit spent at least two years trying to figure out how to wash my hair more naturally.

Well, I finally found a shampoo bar that actually works! Seriously. So many of them left my head more greasy and oily than when I started and they left my hair matted to my head and heavy. I found some that did okay, but they had fragrance in them (yuck). I felt like no matter what I tried, I couldn’t win. Well, boom! This year it happened. I found a shampoo bar that is natural (the only fragrance is essential oils), leaves my hair feeling and looking amazing, and it’s actually really long-lasting too. Something I wasn’t actually looking for, but now see the huge advantage to.

Spring and Vine is seriously awesome. I looked up every single ingredient before trying it. (I’m anal like that). And then I gave it a go one day after the sauna. I have to tell you, I was a bit nervous that it was going to be awful. So many shampoo bars are! But Spring and Vine was amazing. I legit could have done a happy dance in the shower. The bar lathered up well, didn’t break apart, and cleaned my dirty salty sauna head. I don’t have any shower pictures to prove it, but trust me, it was perfect.

This is a short post— it’s pretty easy to get across that I’ve legit found the best alternative to shampoo bottles so far. Fair disclosure: There is a tiny bit of plastic between the bar and the recyclable paper packaging, but the company has reported that they’re working on alternatives to this 😉 For now, it’s what keeps the shelf life going. But still— that’s about 95%+ less plastic than a traditional hair product! It’s vegan and cruelty-free (PETA certified). Zero synthetic fragrances, and it works. Winning.

If you’ve been on the hunt for more sustainable hair options too, then definitely try Spring and Vine out! I really do not think you’ll be disappointed at all 🙂

*Yes, this post is sponsored, but the product really works!!! Cheers friends!

  1. Hi! Can we buy it from Spain? Every natural option that I have tried, dries muy scalp and leaves my hair broken.
How do you store this bars?
    Thanks!
