  1. I'm totally interested in this cleanse! I've picked up a gluten free diet over the past month and have completed eliminated my skin/GI issues. Just wondering if you could tell me whether most of the recipes are gluten-free? Thanks!

  2. I bought it. I'm going to try a few recipes this week. I'm very excited about the breakfast options, snack options, and some of the sample menus. I'm not going whole-hog cleanse, just trying to revamp my daily eats and curb the sugar overload. Goodbye Girl Scout cookies! But coffee? Ugh coffee I can't quit you. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. I did it, I bought it, and I will make myself ready to start it this week! I gave up meat for lent this year (except maybe fish, b/c I made my family pick that up for lent) I have already been on the Juice Plus+ kick and eating more F&V and with my BFF's wedding in July I am hoping this will kick start a little weight loss as well. Already dived in to the intro and the pictures are great!!! And a quick glance at some of the recipes and it is all easy stuff that some I already do and some I want to do… yippie

  8. I'm really enjoying reading what you've put together. It's well thought out and interesting without being overwhelming. I'm sure I will reference this a lot during the cleanse and in the future. Like Tina said above, this came at the perfect time. I need to bring my a-game to a surf trip we're doing in a few weeks to make a movie, but my body seems to be having a harder time recovering from my daily activities and exercises.

  11. Just bought it! This could not come at a more perfect time. This terrible winter weather has me feeling depressed and lethargic. It also has me eating terribly with the hopes of it some how improving my mood and I've known for a little while now that it's actually making me feel worse. So, I need a drastic change.
