Fall has sprung over here in South Florida and I couldn’t be happier about it. There’s nothing I love more than a changing season, especially when it’s a change onto breezier, more carefree, warmish-cool days. Growing up in New England I loved spring— the smell of it, the warmth of it, and the way everything felt lighter. But here in Florida, it’s that change to fall that I crave all summer long. In the past two days we’ve jumped out of bed, (mostly) threw on clothes and made our way outdoors. Welcome back, fall. You are awesome.

  1. Wow what a difference this is compared to the Netherlands! Autumns here are windy and wet. If I only could run around in my summer dress… Would be so much easier to enjoy the beauty of this season!

  2. Beautiful pictures! I agree- spring in New England and fall in Florida are just the season you need to break up the most monotonous streaks of less-than-ideal weather! Fall in New England just reminds me that dark and ice are coming… πŸ™‚

  3. wow. beautiful. i've only been to florida once, but i loved it! me and my family just moved to montreal, so i am so very jealous of your sunny warm days!

    • If Montreal had more warmth, I would be there in a heartbeat. I have family there who I used to be able to drive to see… I miss that. Montreal is amazing.

  4. Happy fall! Although there is a change in seasons it's still so colourful where you guys live.
Sandals and fallen leaves? What kind of paradise is it? πŸ™‚ xxx

    • This is in West Palm! I LOVE the Miami ones though. I miss having a membership to Fairchild and having it be so close! And the rainbow bark trees are by far my favorite.
