GUYS! Well, first of all, thank you for all your kind and happy words on my *how to have a happy life* post 🙂 You guys seriously made my day! Secondly, Mise En Place – A Thirty Day Cleanse— the E-guide that I’ve been working on with Amanda is similar to that! Except on food basics, and how to have a happy, easy and successful cleanse. And even more exciting, it’s available NOW. Even if you’re not necessarily looking to detox, the guide is incredibly helpful on how to clean up your gut and body and introduce a ton more healthy foods. There are over 50 recipes for you (and your family) to enjoy! Really, I can’t say enough how useful this guide will be for all your happy body needs.
We wanted to make this guide as user-friendly as possible. It’s pretty specific on what to eat and what to avoid, while leaving you with a lot of choices— basically, it won’t really feel like a cleanse and you absolutely won’t be starving yourself or anything like that— just eating more healthy and delicious foods and cutting out some of the junk while probably (absolutely) feeling better! Like I said, we’ve included over 50 recipes in the book, some are mine– healthier variations of some of the foods you’ve already seen, plus some Indian dishes, salads (I never post salads!), and so much more. And a ton of Amanda’s recipes too! We loved coming together to create and eat all these delicious meals–haha! We’ve really poured our hearts, and time into this guide and I hope you like it as much as we do. I truly believe that even small changes can make a big difference in one’s life and I think you’ll be nothing but pleased adding this little bit of knowledge and eating lifestyle into your life 🙂
